Reference Numer
Validation
Censis Data team to compare EMR container names to
CensiTrac container names to assign unique reference
number for OR Scheduler container allocation. EMR is
required to provide a list of containers from their database.
Once Fuzzy match is completed it will be validated and
uploaded into CensiTrac.
Update or upload new or exisitng tray reference numbers to
match containers in the Schedules page for OR Scheduler.
LoanerLink Tasks
Data Upload
Upload LoanerLink data that includes Loaner containers,
vendors, surgeons, procedures and users affected.This is
available for both LoanerLink and CensiTrac platforms. *To
re-upload LoanerLink is a complete reload and not an
additon of data.
Database Services
Interface Set Up
Interface work including sterilizers, washers, and incubators.
Cloud Conversion
Censis DevOps team will work to convert OnPrem to Cloud
hosted server.
Censis will work with client team to set up facility specific
sign on interfaces.
Single Sign
On/LDAP/SAML Set up
